JAQX Launches World’s First Only “Smart Home Automation Company” Totally In Network Marketing

JAQX, headquartered in Connecticut USA was founded in 2016 with a vision of setting a new standard in the network marketing profession in a brand new category. The company is a result of the industry's constant reluctance to change its business model and be more customer friendly.

JAQX is the only smart home and business automation company with security that operates totally in the network marketing business space. JAQX allows you to completely control your entire home or business from a single app on your smartphone or tablet, and has created the only home and business automation system with expandability at no cost to the consumer.

JAQX is the brain child of Fred Stevens and Tommy Wyatt who have a long history in network marketing and are dedicated to correcting the many flaws in the industry. Their goal is to provide a platform for distributors to create residual income without having to break the bank joining a company. They wanted to create a company that enabled their distributors to be able to join at no cost and have the ability to create wealth without interference from a company's whims of change.

Tommy Wyatt was quoted in a recent article:

"Wyatt, known for his national best-selling book, “Appreciation Marketing,” insists on a culture built on honesty and integrity. “That’s what I’ve always stood for, and its non-negotiable,” he said. “When I was introduced to this profession in 1998, I internalized the idea that the average person could win with a part-time effort and that those willing to work hard could earn a lucrative full-time living in 3-5 years. My goal is to see that promise fulfilled.”

“At first I wasn’t interested at all,” said Wyatt, “but when I thought about the ability to create the comp plan, create the marketing plan, and most-importantly create the culture, I just couldn’t sleep. And when presented with a chance to do it in a booming industry that hadn’t yet met network marketing, it really made sense. I was all-in.”

That industry, “smart home automation” has been controlled, to this point, primarily by security companies like ADT and Vivint with the wireless and cable companies right on their heels, but still only one-in-one hundred homes in the US, is a smart home. “We realized that network marketing was the answer,” Wyatt explains.

“New technology is intimidating and perceived as expensive. But when your friend or family member shows you how to run your entire house from a single app on your phone, and shows you how affordable it can be, the cool-factor takes over and intimidation is gone.”

“Being on the corporate side offers me a lot of new challenges I wasn’t expecting,” Wyatt concludes. “But there’s a thrill about waking up every day and realizing that we’re on the front end of a coming trend and, most importantly, we’re first!”

JAQX will be the gold standard for network marketing, setting the bar higher than any other company. With the focus on revenue from customers, and a no cost point of entry for distributors, everyone is on a level playing field.

Never Give Up

Never Give Up

Life can be very challenging at times, following our move to the UK from tropical climes we have had to to face up to higher prices and colder weather. Lucky for us this winter has been milder than normal. We realised from the start that we needed extra income. Jasmin my wife found some cleaning jobs to build an additional income stream , however it was at a cost. Lots of driving early morning and late nights for minimum wages. I spent six months applying for many jobs, filling in many forms and hearing nothing. What has happened to the country, it does not take much effort to send out a reply say sorry you have not been successful in this technological age.

Go Ape Zipline

The next problem is the zero contract hours usually run by agencies where you are registered on the books of an agency, you then rely on the agency to find you work. Both my wife and myself spent a few hundred pounds getting certified documentation such as Disclosure and Barring Services (DBS) checks for working with vulnerable people. Jasmin attended a week of care work training at her own expense and then never heard any thing more. My own teaching agency rarely contacts me and has never offered me work.

No replies to job applications are one thing but, if you are lucky enough to be selected for interview there are employers who still fail to advise you if you are unsuccessful.

With this kind of scenarios it is no wonder that people become disolutioned.

As last year drew to a close, we took stock of our situation and wrote out our new year resolution, publishing on a group page for anyone to see, this simple action help focussing on goals and from time to down when spirits are low, we have found it refocussed our minds and effort.

I decided that in view of the poor response to job applications, due possibly to my age, although Agism is banned in the UK, I would stop applying for jobs and would instead concentrate on building my own online business with MarketHive at the end of February.

The middle of February approached and my thoughts and actions started to change as I prepared to return to full-time online marketing and then the breakthrough on 17th February:-

Do you feel as strongly as we do about living life adventurously? Then Go Ape could be for you!

I Just love adventure it been in my blood for the past 15 years and is the reason I took early retirement and became an adventure racer!, my last job in my favoured sport was teaching sailing 8 months previously and this one although land based offered the chance to help people to enjoy outdoor challenges in safety.

This is my calling, my prayers have been answered.

Four days later I was requested to attend an interview/practical assessment. 7 fellow applicants on the half day assessment aged 17-30 all younger than my own children.

To start off we had to introduce ourselves speaking for two minutes and I was surprised that most found this hard, this was where their age was against them. As I got onto adventure racing, I asked them to stop me when they had heard enough.

We split into two groups for a team task, the result was our group would probably survive the other would probable not survive

The stakes were high on the physical test a climb UP a zipline, I was in the last two the youngest and the oldest, all our predecessors had completed the task. Being the gentleman I took the the slightly higher line which reduced my starting run up and we were off. My feet left the ground early and as the momentum from my run slowed it was hand over hand with my arms keeping a steady rhythm I pulled past the girl and as angel steepened approach the landing platform arms started to fail, I turn around to see if going forward was better, not really so turned backwards once again, so near I am not giving up, Stop hold on rest a little regain composure, climb again, burn in arms platform there, not quite last effort. Clip on safety lines . Success. The final task disconnect the pulley system, now the higher line presented a problem as I was already standing on tip tow and needed to jump to be able to release the karibeener. A few attempts were required with a little help from an instructor, a bang in the face, I was off. Time to encourage the girl who was now on the steepest part and was stalled ready to give up and no amount of encouragement would change her mind she gave up and returned down the zip. Final task attach to zip line and return to start, pleased to complete in style landing on my feet.

Final task one on one interview, felt confident, a very good company to work for even thuogh I had never heard of them

Was a little surprised but happy the following day to be accepted, and immediately set about raising my fitness level after an inactive winter.

This is why I will never give up

be prepared to do whatever it takes and more

Inbound Marketing

    Inbound Marketing

Do you know that if you have  a inbound marketing system it virtually guarantees success of your business, provided you pay attention to how you use it. There are so many ways to communicate with potential clients these days, you will always find something that will work for you. A lot of inbound marketing systems are automated, but you must never forget that your leads will respond better if you speak with them. Human Intervention is important for success.

Inbound Marketin

I am a member of MarketHive which is a free for life marketing system offering a suite of essential tools fully integrated into a social media site, designed from the bottom to get your message across to potential clients.

I believe in the system which has been enhanced so as to offer serious marketers the opportunity not only to promote their own business but also a way of sharing in the advertising revenue of the system, with a pathway of optional upgrades levels marking levels of achievement  and providing  additional affiliate income.

Some people who own marketing systems tend to be attracted to the idea of passive marketing, it sounds good. Money for doing nothing. But to be honest, a lot more money can be earnt by taking an active role,  encouraging and demonstrating to your leads, how to set-up the system to suit what they want to do.

Your leads need to be nurtured just like a parent nurture their children as they develop and learn about life and it is the same with MarketHive. The members you personally introduce  are referred to as your children and you should support them. Additional support is provided from other members, plus a support team.

According to Jake Newfield Vice President of Business Development at Alumnify, Author of A Cloud in the Sky, Writer for Elite Daily & Tech.co
2016 signifies a new era of marketing. Customers are changing, and as marketers we need to change along with them. Traditional outbound marketing campaigns like cold emails, cold calls, snail mail, and trade shows are not as effective as they once were several years ago. Consumers are now bombarded constantly by ads, information, and other messages from marketers trying to sell them, and they have become jaded. An outbound campaign no longer packs the same level of effectiveness as it once did. Thus, to reach our consumers it will require a strategic, well-planned inbound campaign to stand out from the competition and get noticed. If we embrace it, this change can be good; it can create more opportunities and expand out client base. Inbound marketing offers a refreshing variety of new, effective techniques that can enable us to see unprecedented growth. However, if we fail to embrace this adjustment of customer acquisition, our business' growth can be stunted. Inbound marketing will be king in 2016, and success will largely be dependent on a company's ability to perform with it.

Now you know that inbound marketing is going to be important for success, you need to consider your options. What is going to work for you and how much are you prepared to pay. Prices vary from  free to thousands of pounds a month, if you need help I suggest you watch this 30 minute video.

Driverless Vehicles on UK Roads?

Driverless Vehicles in the UK ?

The UK government has just announced that testing of autonomous vehicles in the UK may take place on roads in the UK, including a section of specially adapted motorway, I suppose that this is good news but it will be some time before you will see a car without someone sitting in the driving seat.

Anyone who has used an in car navigation will know that GPS is an aid but does not at the moment provide information on one way streets and bus lanes. In fact at times it can be a distraction for drivers. I have on occasions approaching or on a round about listening to the instruction nearly forgotten to observe traffic lights and at least once had to advise my wife to make a left hand turn due to the road ahead being restricted to buses only.

Clearly a lot of work will be required for vehicles to be able see and react to their surrounding as well as knowing where they are and how to get to their destination. Laws will need to be amended, to cover situations where a driver is not in control of a vehicle, even if seated in the drivers seat as vehicle is switched to autonomous mode.

Inter vehicle communication is envisages with cars signalling each other when they are braking or encountering road hazards such as traffic jams, accidents and hazardous road condition, but these are in the future. During the first phase there will be a test driver ready to take override action when necessary, Autonomous mode wll probably be restricted to motorway driving and slow speed manoeuvres

A Different Job Interview

I spent an interesting morning yesterday at the National Water sports Centre Holme Pierrepont. I had applied for work there and I was invited for a practical assessment. Unfortunately the weather system which resulted in the snow storm which shut down the East coast of the USA, was  passing
over the UK, so the winds were high with rain in the north.

There were a number of no shows so what had been planned to last a day only covered the morning as only one other person attended. We ended up only doing one practical test of building a raft and assembled a raft using four barrels, two long poles as six short and thinner poles and numerous ropes. We took our time and after 30 minutes built a passable raft, capable of carry four people. We were then made aware of possible safety issues where  limbs could become trapped. Three instructors them demonstrated a different design using four Barrels, the two long poles and just four ropes built in 5mins and once again pointing out areas to watch when assembling and using rafts.

The winds were still strong, above the limits of normal operations so no further tests were possible  but we were taken on a tour around the site viewing the Rowing course, Assault course challenge, E-combat, Sky trail, mini golf, Laser Tag and Segways. I was impressed with the Sky trail from a  safety point of view as users are permanently attached  to a track from start to finish and even toddlers can use a mini version, We also viewed the extensive sailing and canoeing equipment, safety boats, White Water area and Wake boarding set-up.

We finished up with checking our certificates and discussing work opportunities. One question  came to light was my lack of formal certification  versus years of experience. Which has the most value, ideally you need both. Rules and regulations in the UK require valid certificates, however no training can cover all eventualities and this  is where experience comes into play. The question for potential employers is it worth to spend time and money in training up experienced people or do they accept only those with certification.

I now have to wait a few weeks, as they have another weekend assessment to complete, before they will invite selected candidates for a more formal interview.

This afternoon, I continue my School Governor training, having been elected in December, I need to learn  more about how the education system works in the UK.

European Refugee Crisis

European Refugee Crisis.

There seems to be little action taking place to resolve the situation and now they are talking of changing the rules laid down in the Dublin Agreement, which states that those seeking asylum in Europe need to apply in the first country they reach,

The rules have worked fine for years, however numbers have increased including large numbers of economic migrants who have swelled the numbers and do not qualify for asylum. Last year Germany announced it would accept anyone who reached it border and this effectively destroyed any form of control, causing millions of people to cross from Turkey to Greece and North Africa to Italy, Malta and France, many without documents. European countries were eventually forced to temporary close their borders as they could not cope.

Germany has now admitted that it cannot cope with the 1.1 million refugees and in it fact does not even know where over half of them are because they only registered names and country of origin before allowing them to travel to the area of Germany they wished to live in to apply for Asylum and it is possible that some may have left Germany for other countries.

Immigrant are increasingly being accused of causing problems in countries they are living in including Germany and Sweden, probably the worse case being in Calais where some 150 broke through security fences and 50 of them boarded a ferry bound for the UK. They complain about living conditions in the “Jungle” camps both in Calais and Dunkirk but are unlikely to use new facilities under construction by the French Government at Dunkirk as they fear they will become internment camps.

The truth is that many immigrants will not be granted asylum as they are merely economic migrants and not refugees whose lives are in danger. Law and order has broken down what is need is for refugees to be able to register as asylum seekers either before they travel to Europe or on arrival. There needs to be a way to fast track applications, rejecting those who are economic migrant who should apply for visa's in the normal way

UK Asylum – If someone is at risk of being persecuted in their own country, they may go abroad and ask for asylum in another country. Granting ‘asylum’ means giving someone permission to remain in another country because of that risk of persecution.

In legal terms, a person who has asked for asylum in the UK and is waiting for a decision on that claim is called an asylum seeker. Someone who has received a positive decision on his or her asylum claim is called a refugee.

Although some asylum seekers might enter the UK illegally, once they have applied for asylum they are no longer ‘illegal’. Anyone seeking protection is entitled to stay in the UK while awaiting a decision on their asylum claim.

The right to claim asylum is in international law. Governments are obliged to provide protection to people who meet the criteria for asylum. The UK has signed these international laws and they are part of UK legislation.

Network Marketing’s Dirty Little Secret!

One of the network marketing dirty little secrets, that KEO Smart Home Automation solves, is why the majority of the people who join the business don't make any money.

The reason is simple and I have been screaming about this for years, but just recently it has grabbed attention through recent actions by the FTC [Federal Trade Commission].

The simple reason is that the network marketing industry is distributor centric and not customer centric. The FTC recently closed down a company called Vemma because they had more distributors than customers and were making outlandish financial claims. Financial claims are made all the time, but the main focus in my opinion is the fact that it didn't have a large customer base Vs. distributor base. It was the other way around, more distributors than customers.

When the focus is mainly on getting distributors the revenue stream is compromised.

Here is why!

Lets look at it in a much more simpler way. If you were building a business and had your hard earned money invested in it you would want to sell as much of your product as possible. Lets call your product widgets! So you want to sell widgets to as many customers as possible. You will go out and get referrals or maybe get a hand full of sales people to help you find customers. You will pay your sales people to get customers but if your sales people go out and get more sales people then your revenue stream dries up.

The life blood of any business is customers, and with out a strong customer base the business will bankrupt it self.

So how does this relate to network marketing?

When companies put more emphasis on getting distributors than customers they have to charge the distributors money to join the business because the business will not support the financial drain. When distributors pay to join they don't always buy the product long term. They many times get discouraged for various reasons and quit, not being able to recover their money.

If a distributor wants to make a lot of money they must have a large customer base. As they gather their customers the customers stick around because of long term loyalty. As you gather your customers some of your long term loyal customers will want to become distributors, and then you have a loyal distributor that will be always be a customer. Some customers will want to become distributors, but not all distributors will be loyal customers.

Most network marketing companies pay less for getting customers, but you will end up making more money because the revenue stream will build over time. Customers stick around longer than distriburtors when they love the product.

The dirty little secret is that when you work in a distributor centric company the company will do ok financially, but the distributor will never get ahead of the financial curve because they will lose the distributors as fast as they bring them in. The life span of the average distributor is probably 6 months to a year, if that long. So unless you bring in a ton of distributors you will not stay ahead of that drop off curve.

Focusing on getting customers is much easier because they don't have to shell out a lot of money to use the product, and they have no pressure to use the product, so they use it because they want to. Since there is no pressure the customer maybe a full time customer, part time customer, or a sporadic customer, in either case there is a sale at some point. Now, I know some customers will leave or stop using the product or service, but that attrition rate is less than distributors.

In Conclusion:

You are going to see more companies moving to a customer centric model because they find that building a strong customer base is more lucrative. Companies will move to a distributor system that cost very little or nothing to join with every one only paid when they activate customers. So even though there is a distributor involved there is no money made or very little when you hire them. Everyone gets paid on customers only.

When this happens everyone makes money, but as I said before if you are with a distributor focused company now, you can personally turn it around and focus on getting more customers than distributors. Just hope the financial strength of the company is good.

KEO Smart Home and Business Automation has broken the mold and is running a customer centric model with huge success.

Committed to Success

Commited to SuccessThe New year has now officially started with today being the first day of work for many people. Yesterday in church the sermon was about surprisingly about New Years Resolutions. Few responded on being questioned,to have made resolutions, including the Priest himself. I find it surprising that so few people are will to commitment themselves, to changes which can improve their lives.

I make resolutions most years and my track record of achievements is pretty good, I find that committing them to paper, helps to hold myself accountable. If you are interested in my plans for 2016 they are listed here

I pride my self as being a committed person.

“You don’t win an Olympic gold medal with a few weeks of intensive training. There’s no such thing as an overnight opera sensation. Every great company, every great brand, and every great career has been built in exactly the same way: bit by bit, step by step, little by little.” Seth Godin founder of Squidoo

I planned to retire at 55 but managed to retire at the age of 50 and became a full time Adventure competing in some of the longest and hardest expeditions races in the world, it took me three years of racing before finally being able to get my complete team across the finish line during a race in Amazonia,

I have always been a goal orientated person and can be quite controversial is someone stands between me and my dream. I have developed a happy disposition knowing I will do what ever it takes, both physically and mentally to achieve my goals

To help me achieve my New Years Resolutions this year, I need to enlist the help of some like minded people, who wish to improve themselves by working with me to promote a newly launched social neural marketing site called MarketHive.

MarketHive is an intuitive site with a FaceBook like look and feel, however it has been built from the bottom up to support budding entrepreneurs with a range of essential tools to maximise your marketing efforts.

JAQX, by Starktech 360 Is The Worlds First Network Marketing "Smart Home" Automation Company

Just announced last week by StarkTech 360, JAQX Smart Home and Business Automation with Security launched into the world of Network Marketing. This is a bold move on Starktech 360's part since the network marketing business space has been historically centered around pills, juices, greeting cards, anti-aging or other similar products that have dominated the health and wellness marketplace.

Never before has a network marketing company embraced the technology market until now. JAQX Smart Home and Business Automation with Security is breaking new ground not only with in the network marketing business space, but they are breaking the mold with a new network marketing business model, call Customer Centricity.

What is Smart Home Automation? It's the ability to control your home or business, relative to any function you choose, from anywhere in the world using your smart phone or a tablet. This amazing technology is emerging and will dominate the technology industry in the coming years. JAQX has taken a bold step in entering this market place that was mainly controlled by local and national security companies. The local security companies are running into problems since they are wired and not wireless and almost all consumers want no wires and portability.

Let's talk about the products then the compensation plan.

  • The products are state of the art using the highest quality and innovative products in the marketplace. Each product has a 4 year warranty and 5 year life span on batteries.
  • The products are totally wireless and require no wires to be run, ever.
  • Everything can be run from your Smartphone or Tablet, from anywhere in the World.
  • There is no contract except if you buy up in the package, but anyone can try it on a month to month agreement then add more equipment anytime at no cost except for the equipment. Many companies trying to enter this market place will charge a service charge to add more equipment.
  • System is totally portable.

Customer Centricity:

  • Customer Centricity is when the network marketing company places the main emphasis on the Customer and not the Distributor. The JAQX model is totally customer centric.
  • When a distributor signs up another distributor their is no cost to be a distributor, and no major money made. The profit is in the activation of customers. Unlike other network marketing companies where the major money is made on bringing in distributors, this is the opposite, the money is made in bringing in and activating customers.
  • JAQX takes the sting out of becoming a distributor since there is no cost, except $19.95 to support their back office so they can track their commission and customers. So if a distributor signs up and later doesn't like the product or company they are not out a large sum of money.
  • This model is proven and in the past people have made huge sums of money working it, where the distributor centric model is known for having distributors work hard and not make money. This has always been an historic problem and will continue to be as long as the focus is on the distributor and not the customer.

If you want to learn more about this amazing new innovative network marketing company just call for information.

Thanks for reading
